If it feels like you have been hearing the name Carboy Winery, you are probably not wrong. This fast-growing brand has covered a lot of ground in Colorado and they are very popular for their rooftop patio that delivers amazing scenery. The Carboy team plans to plant Teroldego, a cold-hardy red grape that is already proving popular among Colorado wine lovers, as well as Zweigelt, a red grape that is popular in Austria. While this Colorado winery needs no introduction, we cannot get enough of their reds, white, and everything in between. When Carboy first launched in 2016, it was a winery that mostly sourced grapes and juice from out-of-state growers. In 2017, Carboy experimented with making wine with Colorado-grown grapes, a fateful decision that would ultimately shift its entire approach and business model. If you are looking for a place to relax and enjoy various types of different wines with great view, you might want to visit Carboy Winery.

Housed inside the former Denver Bookbinding Company building, Postino LoHi’s unique indoor-outdoor space was artfully restored and revitalized with vintage furnishings, colorful pop-culture artwork and touches that play homage to its original use. Enjoy boutique wines and local craft beers, and a menu that includes more than 30 wines by the glass! The Postino beverage team collaborates with small family winemakers across the world to curate a rotating list of by-the-glass, food-pairing-friendly vintages, many of which are crafted exclusively for the restaurant.
They are always waiting for you to pop in and hang for lunch, dinner, weekend brunch or happy hour. Also, while the Postino Winecafe chain was born in Phoenix in 2001, all three Denver locations have their own charming Colorado spin. With locations in LoHi, Congress Park, and off Broadway, Postino WineCafe is one of our favorite places to enjoy a glass or a bottle of wine and one of their famous boards. Be sure to check out their site for more information on their great happy hour, specials, pick-up options and so much more!
