This holiday season, they have introduced their Codename Holidayfan, brewed with powerfully flavored Citra, Simcoe and Eukuanot hops. It is a triple IPA, coming in at 10% ABV. ◦ New Belgium Brewing Company’s Holiday Ale
New Belgium Brewing Company is very familiar to most Americans since it is a nationally distributed brewery in the United States. The brand produces Fat Tire Amber Ale, Voodoo Ranger IPA and La Folie Sour Brown Ale, among other regular and seasonal beer varieties.
This holiday season, New Belgium features a new winter seasonal for 2022 called Holiday Ale. It offers “festive aromas of cinnamon and nutmeg followed by fruity flavors of orange, cranberry and a pinch of brown suger,” according to the Fort Collins brewery. Holiday Ale comes in at 7.5% ABV and it is available in six packs. Founded in 2008, Upslope Brewing Company is another popular brewery around the United States. Operating two breweries both in Boulder, Upslope creates a linup of quality craft beers that taste as good poured from a tap as they do pulled out of a fishing vest. From bold India Pale Ale to Floral Citra Pale Ale, Upslope’s beers have been widely loved by many Coloradans.
This holiday season, they introduced the limited release of their Wild Chirstmas Ale, which is soured with wild yeast and infused with various fruits and spices each year. According to Upslope Brewing, they aged it on Brazillian amburana wood to give it notes of vanilla and gingerbread.
