On July 13, 2022 at the South Metro Denver Realtor Association (SMDRA) the team for RE-Sure/Hana Software kicked off a new contract application that will eventually lead the way for Colorado real estate agents to complete and manage the entire agent, client transaction with just one click of your phone.

Joined by Mayor Mike Coffman, mayor of the city of Aurora and the RE-Sure team, many real estate industry top-performers were able to get a sneak peek into the 12 reasons why a real estate agent should switch from the leading Colorado contract company to the new contract management software. Functions to note; better security measures and prevention against wire fraud, the ability to submit a lightning offer directly within the property being showcased, and a tool to build a spreadsheet, that displays potential multiple offers on a specific property. This is only naming a few. The ease and simplicity of the application will help pave the way for RE-Sure to become the leader of RE contracts within the state of Colorado and later, the nation.

“RE-Sure provides state of the art security to help prevent wire fraud and transaction compromise. These are two of the biggest challenges facing the industry today,” said Joseph Burks, co-founder, secretary and vice president of the RE-Sure team.

There are three phases to a new application roll-out; alpha, beta and the final implementation phase.

The three founders, RE-Sure President and CEO, Sy Hyung Park, RE-Sure Vice President and Treasurer, John S. Park, and Burks spear-head a real estate application, that has just begun the alpha testing phase. After the initial group of alpha testers have the opportunity to try out the new functions of the application, the company will move the testing into the Beta phase, which will incorporate a large amount of application testers. This phase will begin the transition for the final roll out and implementation of the application early next year.

The real estate industry in Colorado has stayed strong over the past few years, despite the unforeseen circumstances with the nation’s economy due to COVID-19. Because Colorado is a mecca for innovation, it’s the hot spot for fair competition and leading technology, to change the future of how people do business, especially in real estate.

Park stated, “The real estate professional can be confident that RE-Sure is the best choice for their business. They aren’t just investing in the program’s excellent quality, they’re investing in a program built for real estate professionals, by real estate professional.”
